Zoya Chyna

Hi you guys! Happy first day of spring! Now that it's officially here, when will the weather start to reflect that? I keep telling myself the one good thing about winter is that my allergies don't bother me, but I really had to dig pretty deep for that lol. :-)

Today, I'm wrapping up the Zoya PixieDust Collection, and I saved my favorite for last! Chyna is a deep cool-toned red with bright red glitters that dries down to a sparkling textured finish.

The red base has a slight raspberry tint and a richness to it, which is balanced out by the warmer sparkly red glitter pieces in there. The formula is fantastic. It's thin and smooth, applying evenly across the nails. It's also pigmented; two coats is all you need for opacity. Dry time is decently fast for a textured polish, helped by the two-coat formula. I think this polish is just so special. It has a glow and sparkle to it that is quite visible and stunning in person. Definitely my favorite of the collection. :-)

Hope you've enjoyed my posts on the Zoya PixieDust Collection. Let me know what you think of this collection and of textured polishes in general in the comments below. Which ones are your favorite? Are you on board with textured polishes?

You can find Chyna on Zoya.com for $9 for 0.5 fl oz. If you are new to Zoya, you can get your first two bottles of Zoya for $8 - $9 total and free shipping! More info HERE.

  2. I don't normally like reds but this one just seems to glow. It also reminds me of Dorothy's ruby slippers.

  8. I like the look of the colour, the texture and how glittery it is in the bottle but not really a fan of it on the nails. It is an interesting polish though.

    1. Definitely interesting. :-) If you don't like the texture on the nails, you can always add a top coat for a smoother look.

    1. Thanks so much, I'm glad you like it! Bummer it's all sold out at your store. When I was at Ulta last week, the display was completely full, but they had the set tucked away in a slightly hidden place.
