Priti NYC Heavy Medal for London 2012 Preview

Hi everyone! Hope you are having a relaxing weekend! And if you are living in a place with particularly hot temperatures, as I know some of my US readers are, I hope you are keeping cool and safe through the heat wave. :-)

Today, I want to pass along a press release of Priti NYC's Heavy Medal for London 2012 Collection, inspired by the upcoming summer Olympics. (All info and images are courtesy of Priti NYC.)

Heavy Medal for London 2012 by Priti NYC

This summer the 30th Olympic Games will be taking place in London, making it the first city to host the modern Olympics three times! The Summer Games (better renowned than their Winter counterpart) are a global staple for all athletes that have chosen to dedicate their lives, and bodies, to becoming the best at what they do, all the while representing and defending their countries by competing against the best.

Priti NYC was so inspired by the devotion and determination of all these men and women who are ‘Going for the Gold’ that we are releasing a special edition London 2012 Olympics Collection called ‘Heavy Medal’.

The collection is composed of four edgy, metallic shades Chrysanthos, Old Man Cactus, and Bills Bronze (each of which are respectively reminiscent of the gold, silver, and bronze medals the winning Olympians will all receive), joined by Pewter Veil, a dark grey that also has shimmery, metallic finish. It’s the perfect selection of polishes for anyone that’s ready to rep their country’s winning hardware!

I've been super excited for the upcoming Olympics, and I think this collection embodies well the spirit of the Olympic competition. I just received this collection, and I can't wait to try all the colors and have swatches for you guys! :-)

Don't forget to enter my current giveaway for a chance to win a Zoya mini trio, featuring three colors from the Zoya Surf Collection! <3
