China Glaze Don't Be A Luna-Tic

Hi you guys! Hope your weekend is going along fantastically! It's a quick post for me today. One of my closest friends is in town, so I'm going to dash this out and then join her for some fun. :-)

Today, let's kick off the China Glaze Hologlam Collection, a collection of 12 assorted-colored linear holographic polishes. First up is Don't Be A Luna-Tic, a light minty seafoam green.

The green in this one is pretty mellow, and it looks like there is a lot of silver in it. The formula is fantastic. It's thin and smooth, and I needed just the standard two coats for opacity. It first goes on metallic, and then dries quickly down to the linear holographic effect. Since the sun here this time of the year is unpredictable, I did have to take pictures using artificial lighting, so you'll see a stronger holo effect under direct sunlight.

You can find Don't Be A Luna-Tic at your local nail salons and at beauty stores such as Ulta and Sally Beauty for a retail price of $14 for 0.5 fl oz.

    1. Thanks Christine, hope you had a great Easter too! And I'm glad you like this! I'm a little nervous with this collection because my light setup isn't great with holos, but we'll see how it turns out. :-)

    1. Thanks so much! I hope I can live up to your expectations. I'm a little nervous because my light setup isn't great for showing off holos, but we'll see how they turn out. :-)
