China Glaze Bells Will Be Blinging

Hi, you guys! Hope you're having a fantastic week! :)

Today, I've got another interesting glitter from the China Glaze Happy HoliGlaze Collection to share with you. Bells Will Be Blinging is a mix of blue and silver holographic round and short bar glitters all in a sheer base.

This is such a fun and unique combination of glitters. I'm usually not a fan of bar glitters, but I really like the ones in here. I think it's because the bars are wider and shorter, so they don't look hairy lol. And the holographic nature of the silver makes it look like little rainbows slices. Application for this is super easy. The glitter density is great, so I just did one coat over So Blue Without You for the swatches.

You can find Bells Will Be Blinging at your local nail salons and at beauty stores such as Ulta and Sally Beauty for a retail price of $7.50 for 0.5 fl oz.

  4. I'm not a glitter bar fan either, but you're right, it actually makes a difference that they're not as long and hairy looking :D x

  11. So first I liked bar glitter but then it kind of started to bug me... I don't know what changed, lol. I think if they're very fine, I like them better. That said, I'll echo Essie's sentiments and say this looks like a New Year's Eve party on your nails :) I adore the shade of blue and of course the fact that the other glitters are holooo ♥♥♥

    1. Some bar glitters I like and some I don't, but I'm not exactly sure why... the ones I like don't look like each other (super fine bar glitters in Zoya Mosheen and big fat ones in here). Hehe this would definitely be awesome for a New Year's party, and I love those holo glitters too! :D

  13. Neato! I have been wanting to see how these would looked like paired together! Do love the combo!! Hmm, but I'm not really liking the wider bars, I prefer them narrower but not hair-thin narrow kind, just slightly narrower. Hahaha! Ahh, still too bad I can't see this one in person nor find the standalone bottle here, it may have had a chance to change my mind. Apparently, it's only available in the mini sets here.

    1. Bar glitters are such a personal preference. Everyone either hates them or loves them, but only a specific shape/size hehe. I'm glad you like the combo... I was really loving the way those two polishes look together too. Bummer the full size is not available where you are... grr!
