The name Wednesday makes me think of Addam's Family, so I would expect a dark and gloomy color. Instead it is quite summery and happy, with the right balance between blue and green. In person, it does look a bit more muted than in my pictures. I think it's a beautiful color that is ideal for lazy days at the beach.
The formula is smooth and buttery. It is thin enough for easy control, without being too thin that the polish runs into the sides of the nail. The first coat is a little streaky, but the second coat fixes that and achieves opacity.
You can find Wednesday on Zoya.com for $8 for 0.5oz. If you are new to Zoya, you can get your first two bottles of Zoya for $8 total and free shipping! More info HERE.

I really like this one, I've been on a bit of a green polish kick lately. Love the creme formulation and it looks like it's very buttery and smooth :)
ReplyDeleteI'm actually on a bit of a green polish kick too. I used to always love pinks, but now that color is getting a little boring for me. Green polishes seem so interesting! :-)

Such a pretty color, reminds me of Essie Turquoise and Caicos.
ReplyDeleteYes you're right. From the swatches I have seen, it looks like Wednesday is a bit more muted than Turquoise and Caicos, but they are definitely from similar color family. :-)

It's gorgeous! I feel like I have a lot of similar polishes already but I must really like this shade because I am drawn to it every time. =)
ReplyDeleteTurquoise is a lovely color for nail polish, so I can totally understand being drawn to a lot of its color variations. :-)

This is one of my favourites of the collection! It's really pretty and the formula seems to be (for what I read) as good as almost every Zoya! It's so sad that the offer of 2 bottles for 8$ is only for the USA... *cry cry cry*
ReplyDeleteoh my gosh! *cries with you* No one should be denied great polish! I hope Zoya offers international shipping or that you are able to find a retailer that sells in your area soon. <3
