Nicole by OPI Half-Charming Half-Alarming

Hi, you guys! TGIF, right?! I'm sooo looking forward to the weekend hehe. :)

Today, I wanted to wrap up with the last of the four polishes I've received from the Nicole by OPI Tink Collection. Half-Charming Half-Alarming is a bright red that pulls just a smidgen coral with a creme finish.

Just like the rest of the collection, this has a great formula. It's thin and smooth, making application a breeze. Each coat dries quickly to a glossy shine. And it's pigmented, so two coats and you're all good to go. The touch of coral in the red combined with the glossy shine makes this look like a juicy watermelon shade. :-)

You can find Half Charming Half Alarming exclusively at Walgreens for a retail price of $7.99 for 0.5 fl oz.

Nicole by OPI Fairy Fairy Quite Contrary

Hi hi! :-)

Today, I've got another polish from the Nicole by OPI Tink Collection to share with you. Fairy Fairy Quite Contrary is a slightly darker-than-medium burnt orange with a creme finish.

The burnt quality to the orange manifests itself in a slight brown/bronze tint to the orange. This is another great formula in the collection. Each coat goes on so smooth, like butter, and you just need two thin coats for opacity. It dries a little bit more orange and a shade darker than it appears in the bottle.

You can find Fairy Fairy Quite Contrary exclusively at Walgreens for a retail price of $7.99 for 0.5 fl oz.

Nicole by OPI Sweet on Pete

Hi, you guys! Happy mid-week! :-)

Today, I've got another lovely color from the Nicole by OPI Tink Collection to share with you. Sweet on Pete is a chartreuse yellow/green with a creme finish.

Sometimes this type of color can be ugly (lol!), but I really like this particular shade. I think it's because there's not too much mustard yellow and there's enough green in this chartreuse to be fresh and bright. In fact, I think this is my favorite of the collection. Formula-wise, this is mostly good, but a little streakier than usual for this collection. I did two coats for the swatches, but a third coat could have been useful.

You can find Sweet on Pete exclusively at Walgreens for a retail price of $7.99 for 0.5 fl oz.

Nicole by OPI Tink's In the Pink

Hi, you guys! :) Is it crazy that it's already almost mid-August? This summer is just flying by. This is my favorite time of the year, so I'm a little sad that summer's almost over. Yikes! I better go out and soak up the rays before the gloom rolls in.

A while back, Nicole by OPI announced their six-polish Tink Collection inspired by Disney's Tinker Bell. I've been sent four of the six colors to share with you guys, so I will be doing that over the next few days. First up is Tink's In the Pink, a medium cool-toned pink with a creme finish.

The formula's great with this one. Each coat goes on smoothly and without any dragging or streaking, and you need just the standard two coats for opaque coverage. Though this isn't a particularly original shade of pink, it's a good one to snag if you're looking for a pretty pink with a great formula. :-)

You can find Tink's In the Pink exclusively at Walgreens for a retail price of $7.99 for 0.5 fl oz.
